With utmost joy and happiness, I would like to  inform you  that the number of poor patients treated through Melam Charities, irrespective of caste and creed has crossed the magical figure of 1 lakh. This has been possible only because of the abundant blessings and grace of Lord Jesus  my master, my example and my saviour.

My God shall supply all my needs, according to his riches in glory Jesus has been supplying for all the needs of  `Melam` and `Melam Charities`, which is now providing medical treatment through 877 hospitals in and around Kerala.
 
Already more than 1243 doctors have been involved in the treatment of the patients. The identification and selection of patients has to be done by the people`s elected representatives, ie, councillors/ panchayat members, Members of legislative assembly in Kerala (MLAs) and Members of the Indian Parliament. 26 MPs (both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha), out of 140, 137 MLAs and 18500 councillors/ panchayat members have already participated in the selection process.
 
I firmly believe that `Selfless Service to Humanity` is the best work of life for a peaceful, satisfied and successful living and for a better world order.
